The pattern
AI that does not survive production.

The AI pilot looks good in a demo. Then it meets production, and the stack underneath is not ready. Authentication, audit trails, data residency, lifecycle, observability. The pilot stalls where the real engineering begins.

Delivered the OpenStack platform behind a globally deployed connected car service. CEPH distributed storage and scalable monitoring engineered for continental failover.
Gaming and lottery
End to end draws, payouts and compliance
Built the platform behind registration, collections, draws and payouts. Consolidated onto a centralised multi tenant architecture on AWS Fargate.
